Each March, the Town releases its Annual Reports for the previous year. In addition to financial information, these books contain reports and statistics submitted by various departments, boards and committees within the Town.

Did you know... the Town has won eight (8) awards for our Annual Reports? In the past, the Local Government Center hosted an  "Excellence in Annual Reports" contest, and Windham received the following awards in our population category: second place 1998; third place 2003, second place 2012, and; first place in 2005, 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2011!
