The Committee is, in accordance with RSA 33-A:3, charged with governing the retention and disposition of municipal records.Membership on the Committee consists of a member of the Board of Selectmen; Town Clerk; Tax Collector; Town Treasurer; Tax Assessor; Assistant Town Administrator; Police Department Records Clerk, and; two (2) residents. All resident appointments, except those made to fill an unexpired term, are for three (3) years and expire in June.
