RFP - Phone System Replacement

The Town of Windham is currently seeking proposals from qualified individuals or companies, acting singularly or in consortium, to provide a new phone system to serve six (6) primary buildings including all associated hardware and services. Specifications may be obtained at the Administrative Office, 4 North Lowell Road, Windham, NH. Proposals are due by Friday, June 2, 2017 at noon. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to award proposals in whole or in part, waive technicalities or informalities, and to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
