The Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) deals primarily with requests for variances from the Town’s zoning regulations. Persons interested in meeting with the ZBA should contact the Board of Adjustment Administrator at 432-3806. Any correspondence should be directed to: Chairman, Board of Adjustment, 3 No. Lowell Road, Windham, NH, 03087.
The Board is comprised of five (5) elected members and three (3) alternate members as appointed by the Board of Adjustment. The candidacy filing period for regular positions takes place in January, and is subject to a deadline.
