Off-Highway Recreational Vehicles are prohibited in the McIlvaine Town Forest per Windham ATV ordinance # WIN 3:00:11:02.

In New Hampshire it is unlawful to operate OHRVs on property of another without written permission. Windham has additional ordinances, regulations, and by-laws governing their use. OHRV violations can result in fines and/or jail.

Report improper OHRV activity to the Windham Police at (603) 434-5577.
