Please click here for the full list of available positions. TOWN VAN: The Town is in need of volunteers to drive the Town's handicapped accessible van. This van is available to elderly and disabled residents of Windham, for transportation to doctor, dentist, physical therapy, and similar appointments, as well as a weekly, group shopping trip on Wednesday mornings to Salem Wal-Mart. We have many, many residents who are in need of this service, and very few drivers available to us. Volunteers will be trained in the general operation of the van and lift, (although the large majority of residents transported do not use a wheelchair or scooter). If you have just a few spare hours a week, we hope you'll consider sharing them with your fellow Windham residents.
