Mr. Gumbel called the meeting to order at 7:25pm.

Review of minutes from January 11, 2001. Mr. Gross moved to accept as written. Seconded by Mr. Forde Passed unanimously.

Mr. DeLong reported configuration issues with the new servers. He is testing a solution now. He will be retiring the older Novel server next.

Mr. DeLong has been working with a telephone consultant doing a configuration survey of the town telephone systems and is making recommendations for changes and repairs. Mr. DeLong will report back to the committee when the report is complete.

Members discussed cleaning or removing water from the conduit between Town Hall and the Police Department. This summer when it is drier, we'll use a compressor to clean and dry out the conduit. Then use spray foam to seal each end of the conduit to seal out water. Mr. DeLong is handling this task.

Mr. Forde passed out the latest usage statistics for the town web page. We continue to increase the information stored on the web site as well as the number of visits to the site.
