Meeting was called to order at 7:30pm by Mr. Gumbel.

Mr. Gumbel reported that the TAC meeting in July was a workshop at the Library. The August meeting was cancelled because of vacations. The September meeting was a workshop with the Planning Department.

Mr. Forde reported that Mr. Turner had sent all town zoning ordinances for posting on the town web site. Ms. Crisler will see that the other town ordinances are also sent to Mr. Forde. Mr. Forde will contact ICI, the ISP for the town site, to get the statistics package restarted.

Ms. Crisler reported that Adelphia is working with the BOS to arrange plans for re-wiring activities in the town. The formal ILOOP contract has not yet been signed.

The committee reviewed budget items with Mr. DeLong.

Mr. DeLong is looking at activating the fiber optic connections between Town Hall, Police Department, Fire Department, and the Library. He is also investigating connecting the Library and Town Hall PBX's for more efficient internal calls. He will review final budget figures with Mr. Sullivan.
