MEMBERS PRESENT - Charles McMahon, Douglass Barker, Margaret Crisler, and Galen Stearns. David Sullivan, Town Administrator, was also present. Ms. Webber was excused.

Workshop was called to order by Chairman McMahon at 7:00 pm.

TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE - The Board met with members of the Technical Advisory Committee to discuss past, present, and future activities of the committee, including the following: the Town's Website; GIS system; Town information systems; Town databases; and Town ILoop (Harron).

Following their meeting with the Technical Committee, the Board met in a workshop with the Town Administrator to review and discuss several proposed amendments to various Town policies and ordinances. The Board concurred with the proposed amendments, and asked that Mr. Sullivan post them accordingly for a future, regular meeting of the Board of Selectmen.

Workshop adjourned at 9:45 pm.
