MEMBERS PRESENT: Charles McMahon, Douglass Barker, Carolyn Webber, Margaret Crisler, and Galen Stearns. David Sullivan, Town Administrator, was also present.

Meeting convened at 7:00 pm.

Mr. Barker moved to enter into non-public session in accordance with RSA 91-A:3, II b, seconded by Ms. Webber. Roll call vote - all members - yes.

NON-PUBLIC SESSION The Board discussed the hiring of a part-time, secretary for 20 hours/week at a salary of $10.63/hour. The Board unanimously approved having Mr. Sullivan advertise for the position.

Mr. Barker also discussed a personnel matter relative to the Emergency Management Committee. Mr. Sullivan will handle the matter.

WORKSHOP The Board members met with the Road Agent, Robert Devlin and Nancy Devlin, in a workshop to discuss the Road Agent's goals and/or issues for the remainder of the current and the upcoming year.

NON-PUBLIC SESSION Mr. Barker moved to enter into non-public session in accordance with RSA 91-A:3, II a, seconded by Ms. Webber. Roll call vote - all members - yes. Mr. Sullivan updated the Board members on the personnel issues within the Town Clerk's office, and informed them he will be adjusting the staff's hours accordingly.

TRANSFER STATION MANAGER The Board members met in a workshop session with Wayne Bailey, Transfer Station Manager to discuss his goals for the current and ensuing year.
