SELECTMEN'S MEETING
MARCH 9, 1998

MEMBERS PRESENT: Ralph Williams, Douglass Barker, Charles McMahon and Margaret Crisler. Carolyn Webber was unable to attend. David Sullivan, Town Administrator, was also present. Meeting commenced at 7:30 pm.

NON-PUBLIC SESSION: Mr. Barker motioned to go into non-public session in accordance with RSA 91-A:3, IIa. Mr. McMahon seconded. Roll Call Vote - all members - Yes. The Board and the following members of the Deputy Fire Chief Selection Committee were in attendance - David Sullivan, Chief Lipe, Lt Delaney, and Call FF DeCicco. Subject was deputy fire chief selection. Mr. McMahon motioned to accept the recommendation of the Deputy Fire Chief Selectmen Committee to promote Lt Steven Fruchtman to the position of Deputy Fire Chief. Mrs. Crisler seconded. Passed unanimously. Mr. McMahon motioned to adjourn. Mr. Barker seconded. Meeting adjourned at approximately 8:00 pm.
