MEMBERS PRESENT: Ralph Williams, Douglass Barker, Charles McMahon, Carolyn Webber and Margaret Crisler. David Sullivan, Town Administrator, was also present. Meeting commenced at 7:10 pm and was held at Searles School.

NON-PUBLIC SESSION: Mr. Barker motioned to go into non-public session in accordance with RSA 91-A:3, IIc. Mrs. Crisler seconded. Roll Call Vote - all members - yes. Subject was reputations.

Board members, Tom Case, Bruce Richardson, Bernard Rouillard, Wayne Morris, Dave DuBay, Al Turner, Bob Thorndike, Peter Zohdi, Steve Haight, Susan Benson and Wes Aspinwall were in attendance.

The Board met with the above individuals separately and discussed a matter regarding reputations.

PUBLIC SESSION: No decisions were made.

Mr. McMahon motioned to adjourn. Mr. Barker seconded. Meeting adjourned at approximately 10:30 pm.
