MEMBERS PRESENT: Margaret Crisler, Roger Hohenberger, Galen Stearns and Christopher Doyle. Alan Carpenter was excused. David Sullivan, Town Administrator, was also present.

NON-PUBLIC SESSIONS: Mr. Doyle motioned and Mr. Stearns seconded to go into non-public session in accordance with RSA 91-A:3, IIa and c. Roll call vote - all members - yes.

First Session - The Board met with Acting Fire Chief Messier, Atty Milner, Fire Union President, Don Worthington and Mr. Sullivan to discuss a union grievance. The Board agreed to have Atty Milner and Mr. Sullivan work out a possible agreement.

Second Session - Mr. Doyle rescued himself from this session. The Board, Lisa Linowes and Diana Fallon met to discuss potential litigation.

PUBLIC SESSION: Mr. Sullivan requested that the Board approve a bid Elcom for the installation of computer and telephone wiring at the Bartley House. The bid price is $2,400. Mr. Carpenter moved to award the bid to Elcom for a price not to exceed $2,400. 00 and Mr. Stearns seconded. Passed unanimously.

Mr. Doyle motioned to adjourn. Mr. Hohenberger seconded. Meeting adjourned at approximately 10:30 pm.
