SELECTMEN'S MEETING
WORKSHOP - OCTOBER 1, 2001


MEMBERS PRESENT: : Carolyn Webber, Margaret Crisler, and Roger Hohenberger. Christopher Doyle and Galen Stearns were excused. David Sullivan, Town Administrator, was also present, as well as Planning Board members, department heads and general public. Workshop commenced at 7:00 pm.

The Board held a workshop to review and discuss the current Route 111 By-pass plans. Comments will be forwarded to the State DOT for review.

NON-PUBLIC SESSION: Mrs. Crisler moved and Mr. Hohenberger seconded to go into Non-public session in accordance with RSA 91-A:3,IIb. Roll call vote - all members - Yes. The subject was personnel. The Board and Mr. Sullivan were present.

Mrs. Crisler moved and Mr. Hohenberger seconded to support the hiring of a new Transfer Station Manager as recommended by the recruitment committee, pending a successful background and medical check. Passed unanimously.

Mrs. Crisler moved and Mr. Hohenberger seconded to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 8:30 pm.
