MEMBERS PRESENT: Carolyn Webber, Margaret Crisler, Christopher Doyle, Galen Stearns and Roger Hohenberger. Meeting commenced at 7:00 pm.

NON-PUBLIC SESSIONS: Mrs. Crisler motioned and Mr. Stearns seconded to go into non-public sessions in accordance with RSA 91-A:3, IIc and d. Roll Call Vote - all members - yes. The Board and Mr. Nickerson were in attendance in the first session and only Board members in the other sessions.

The Board discussed the State's offer to purchase a portion of Castle Reach as wetlands mitigation for the expansion of I 93 with Mr. Nickerson. The Board will follow up.

Mr. Stearns motioned and Mr. Hohenberger seconded to appoint Barry Berube to the Historic District Commission. Passed unanimously.

The Board discussed the position of Emergency Management Director.

Mr. Doyle motioned to adjourn. Mr. Hohenberger seconded. Meeting adjourned at approximately 8:30 pm.
