MEMBERS PRESENT: Douglass Barker, Margaret Crisler, Carolyn Webber, Galen Stearns and Christopher Doyle. David Sullivan, Town Administrator, was also present. Meeting commenced at 6:00 pm.

WARRANT:

ARTICLE 12 - Fire Station - Mr. Stearns motioned and Ms Webber seconded to recommend Article 12. Passed unanimously.

ARTICLE 13 - Library Interest - The Board and several residents spoke regarding this article. Those speaking in favor of the article were J Gross, Galen Stearns and Margaret Crisler. Those speaking against recommending the article were Keith Goldstein and Charles McMahon. Mr. Stearns motioned and Mrs. Crisler seconded to recommend Article 13. Passed by majority 3-2 with Mr. Barker and Mr. Doyle opposed.

ARTICLE 15 - Tree Warden - Mrs. Crisler motioned and Ms Webber seconded to recommend Article 15. Motion failed 2-3 with Mr. Barker, Mr. Stearns and Mr. Doyle opposed.

Mr. Stearns motioned and Mr. Doyle seconded not to recommend Article 15. Motion passed 3-2 with Mrs. Crisler and Ms Webber opposed.

ARTICLE 17 - Bartley House - Mr. Doyle motioned and Mr. Stearns seconded to recommend Article 17. Passed unanimously.

ARTICLE 19 - Parcel Exchange - Mr. Stearns motioned and Mr. Doyle seconded to recommend Article 19. Passed unanimously.

ARTICLE 20 - Conservation Designation - Mr. Stearns and Ms Webber motioned to recommend Article 20. Passed unanimously.

ELECTION: The Board discussed logistics for Election Day, March 14th.

BOARD OF HEALTH: Mr. Stearns motioned to recess the Selectmen's Meeting and commence the meeting as the Board of Health. Ms Webber seconded. Passed unanimously.

NON-PUBLIC SESSION: Mr. Stearns motioned and Ms Webber seconded to go into non-public session in accordance with RSA 91-A:3, IIc. Roll Call Vote - all members - yes. The Board and Mr. Sullivan were in attendance.

The Board and Mr. Sullivan discussed a health matter.

Ms Webber motioned to adjourn boths the Board of Health meeting and the Selectmen's Meeting. Mr. Stearns seconded. Meeting adjourned at approximately 7:15 pm.
