        The following areas were discussed:

          3. Status of up-dates of sections of the Master Plan.

        1. Transportation Connector Map, revision dated, May 12, 1999
            Future road connections to improve traffic circulation were reviewed and the following connections are being recommended:
            1. Washington Road with Heritage Hill Road;
            2. Heritage Hill Road with Castle Hill Road, already approved;
            3. Westchester Road with Bear Hill Road;
            4. Sherwood Road with Ledge Road;
            5. Wall Street with Pine Hill Road;
            6. Roulston Road with Gov. Dinsmore Road;
            7. Range Road with Brookdale Road, Salem, NH;
            8. Candlewood Road with Cantebury Road, still under review;
            9. Cantebury Road with Rock Pond Road, still under review;
            10. Ledge Road with Meetinghouse Road and extension of Ledge Road in an easterly direction as a service road;
            11. Jenny Hill Road with Morrison Road.
          In addition to the above recommendations, the Board would like to identify temporary and permanent cul-de-sacs and the addition of the Route 111 by-pass on the map. Mr. Turner will revise the map.

        2. Master Plan Section Updates
            Utilities - work still in progress by Mrs. Crisler
            Recreation - work still in progress by Mr. Gattinella

        3. Site Walk Minutes, May 8, 1999
            Ms. Stoller submitted minutes of the May 8th site walk of 67 Range Road, 18-L-201.

        4. Ms. Stoller provided a memorandum indicating procedural questions, (on file). The checklists for subdivisions and site plans will be revised and reviewed by the Board.

        5. The agenda for the next workshop was formulated.

        Meeting adjourned 10:00 P.M.
