Site walk was called to order at 8:20 am at the end of Pleasant Street.
The attendees walked the proposed Windham Meadows site, proceeding from the end of Pleasant Street and through the Windham Meadows site to the area of the proposed clubhouse, and back. Along the way, observations were made of: building locations, island widths and locations, road widths and layout, location of gate between Windham Meadows and Whispering Winds, tree line, existing trees, trees in island locations and near building foundations, treatment swales and their location relative to the WWPD, Beaver Brook, slope and terrain from buildings and on down to Beaver Brook, delineation of WWPD, general terrain features and topography.
The site walk ended at 10:06 am.
