Mr. McLeod opened the meeting at 7:15 pm. Mr. Prendergast replaced Mr. Wilder
Mr. McLeod explained the finding of facts for an Interim Growth Ordinance and procedures.
The following town personnel and board members spoke: Ms. Marcia Unger, School Board Chairman; Mr. Don Messeir, Fire Deputy Chief; Mr. Bruce Moeckel, Police Chief; Mr. David Sullivan, Town Administrator; Mrs. Margaret Crisler, Selectmen Chairman; Mr. Al Barlow, Maintenance Supervisor; Mr. Dave Poulson, Transfer Station Supervisor; Ms. Gail Webster, Cemetery Trustee; Mrs. Margaret Case, Cable Advisory Board; Mr. Tom Case, Senior Center;
Mr. McLeod read housing growth numbers from Mr. Alan Carpenter, Rockingham County Conservation District.

Though departments are busy, the overall consensus was that services are currently sufficient with no immediate problem because of growth. Mr. Kolodziej made a motion that there is no sufficient findings of fact to have a Growth Management Ordinance. Ms. Maloney seconded. Passed 5-2. Ms. Linowes and Mr. Morris opposed.
Mr. Kolodziej made a motion to adjourn. Ms. Maloney seconded. Passed 7-0. Adjourned 1:00 am.
