Mr. McLeod opened the meeting at 7:30 pm.
The Board discussed the schedule for public hearings for zoning amendments for Town meeting.
The Board discussed the Gateway Ordinance. Mr. McLeod read letters from 1) Attorney John Sokul, and 2) Mr. Patric Nysten. The Board heard from members of the public including Karl Dubay and Al Letizio.
The Board discussed the Elderly Ordinance and Open Space Ordinance. The Board continued all discussion regarding zoning to the November 13 workshop meeting. The Board heard from members of the public including Bill Mason.
The Board discussed the Planning and Development CIP request regarding the Master Plan.
Mr. Hohenberger made a motion to adjourn. Ms. Linowes seconded. Meeting Adjourned 11:15 pm. Passed 4-0.
