MINUTES:
Ms. Linowes made a motion to approve the June 5 minutes. Seconded by Ms. Maloney. Passed 6-0.
CORRESPONDENCE:
Notice of I-93 widening meeting. Discussion ensued regarding mitigation plan. Ms. Linowes made a motion to request a meeting be set up with the State and Carol Murray of the NH DOT to discuss mitigation plans. Seconded by Mr. Morris. Passed 5-0-1. Mr. Hohenberger abstained;
Memo from David Sullivan regarding RPC representatives. It was noted that Alan Carpenter should be added;
Letter from Attorney Bedard regarding Mitchell Pond Estates deed;
Memo from David Sullivan regarding Windham Depot trail site walk on June 24 and Selectmen meeting immediately following;
Flyer for Shoreland Regulations workshop;
Letter from DES regarding watershed management;
Memo from Pat Schena, Historic District Commission, requesting to meet with the Board. Staff will contact and invite to meet with Planning Board on June 26 at 7:30 pm following the site walk.
OLD/NEW BUSINESS:
The Board discussed minutes from 10/24/01, 10/30/01 and 1/5/02. Ms. Linowes will investigate.
The Board discussed the Lakeside Newsletter regarding Senate Bills 451, 453 and 42.
The Board discussed Ledge Road striping, site walk by HSC of Bissell Camp Road, Squire Armour well test, and Recreation Committee.
The remainder of the meeting was spend discussion proposed zoning amendments - principally elderly and affordable housing. July workshop will be July 17 Routes 111 and 111A and July 31 elderly housing.
Mr. Morris made a motion to adjourn. Seconded by Ms. Maloney. Passed 6-0. Meeting adjourned 10:05 pm.
