        ROLL CALL:  Alan Carpenter, Chairman – Present, Ross McLeod, Vice Chairman – Present,Lisa Linowes, Secretary – Present, Margaret Crisler, Selectmen Member – Present, Walter Kolodziej, Regular Member – Excused, Wayne Morris, Regular Member – Present, Russ Wilder, Regular Member – Present, Lee Maloney, Alternate – Present,Nancy Prendergast, Alternate – Present, Roger Hohenberger, Selectmen Alternate – Present, Ms. Maloney replaced Mr. Kolodziej on the Board.

        Mr. Carpenter opened the meeting at 7:15 pm.

        PUBLIC HEARING:
        Zoning Amendments

        Citizen Petition Amendments

        Citizen Petition #1 – Mr. McLeod pointed out the document received by Board members from Elizabeth Marston. Public input by Elizabeth Marston. Ms. Marston read the document outlining reasons for proposed petition amendment. Board discussion ensued. Public input by Mr. Kevin Waterhouse, Mr. Bob Leonard, and Mr. Mike Spingli. Mrs. Crisler made a motion to not recommend citizen petition #1. Seconded by Mr. Morris. Passed 6-0-1. Mr. McLeod abstained because of the complexity of the issue.

        Citizen Petition #2 – Public input by Mr. Gil Menozza, Mr. Leonard, and Mr. Walter Colbert. Mr. Wilder made a motion to recommend citizen petition #2. Seconded by Mrs. Crisler. Passed 7-0.

        Citizen Petition #3 – No public input. Mr. Wilder made a motion not to recommend citizen petition #3. Seconded by Mrs. Crisler. Passed 6-0-1. Mr. McLeod abstained.

        Citizen Petition #4 – Public input by Ms. Marston, Mr. Ralph Valentine. Mrs. Crisler made a motion to recommend citizen petition #4. Seconded by Mr. McLeod. Passed 7-0.

        Citizen Petition #5 – Public input by Attorney Bill Mason, Mr. Colbert, Mr. Jack Szemplinski. Mrs. Crisler made a motion not to recommend citizen petition #5. Seconded by Ms. Maloney. Passed 7-0.

        Amendment #2 – Mrs. Crisler made a motion to recommend amendment #2. Seconded by Mr. Wilder. Passed 6-1. Mr. Morris opposed.

        Amendment #4 – Public input by Mr. Ron Cyr. Mr. Wilder made a motion to recommend amendment #4. Seconded by Mr. Morris. Passed 6-1. Mr. Carpenter opposed.

        Amendment #5 – Public input by Attorney Mason, Mr. Colbert, and Mr. Jack Szemplinski. Mr. Morris made a motion to recommend amendment #5. Seconded by Mr. McLeod. Passed 7-0.

        Amendment #7 – Mrs. Crisler made a motion to recommend amendment #7. Seconded by Mr. Wilder. Passed 7-0.

        Amendment #32 – Mr. Wilder made a motion to recommend amendment #32. Seconded by Mrs. Crisler. Passed 6-0. Mr. Carpenter not present for the vote.

        Amendment #33 – Mrs. Crisler made a motion to recommend amendment #33. Seconded by Mr. Morris. Passed 6-0. Mr. Carpenter not present for the vote.

        Amendment #34 – Mr. Morris made a motion to recommend amendment #34. Seconded by Mr. Wilder. Passed 7-0.

        Amendment #35 – Public input by Mr. Dennis Root, Ms. Joanna Lambert, Mr. Carl Olson, Mr. Ray Scott, and Mr. Arthur Stroumbos. Mrs. Crisler made a motion to withdraw amendment #35. Seconded by Ms. Maloney. Passed 7-0.

        Amendment #9 – Mr. McLeod made a motion to recommend amendment #9. Seconded by Mrs. Crisler. Passed 7-0.

        Amendment #10 – Mr. Wilder made a motion to recommend amendment #10. Seconded by Mr. McLeod. Passed 7-0.

        Amendment #11 – Mrs. Crisler made a motion to recommend amendment #11. Seconded by Mr. Wilder. Passed 7-0.

        Amendment #13 – Public input by Mr. Andy Laroque, Mr. Dennis Temblay, Mr. Jack Szemplinski, Mr. Nathan Mullet, Mr. Mark Harvey, and Mr. Paul Redmin. Discussion ensued regarding non-accessory buildings closer than 50 feet to the WWPD shall require review by the Planning Staff. The Planning Board review shall occur at the applicant’s request. Mrs. Crisler made a motion to recommend amendment #13 with minor modification. Seconded by Mr. McLeod. Passed 4-3. Mr. Carpenter, Mr. McLeod, and Mr. Morris opposed.

        Amendment #16 – Mrs. Crisler made a motion to recommend amendment #16. Seconded by Mr. McLeod. Passed 6-0.

        Amendment #17 – Mr. McLeod made a motion to recommend amendment #17. Seconded by Ms. Maloney. Passed 7-0.

        Amendment #19 – Mr. Wilder made a motion to recommend amendment #19. Seconded by Mrs. Crisler. Passed 7-0.

        Amendment #20 – Mr. Morris made a motion to recommend amendment #20. Seconded by Ms. Maloney. Passed 7-0.

        Amendment #22 – Mr. Wilder made a motion to recommend amendment #22. Seconded by Ms. Maloney. Passed 5-2.

        Amendment #23 – Mrs. Crisler made a motion to recommend amendment #23 as amended to 30’. Seconded by Ms. Maloney. Passed 7-0.

        Amendment #24 – Mr. Wilder made a motion to recommend amendment #24. Seconded by Mr. McLeod. Passed 7-0.

        Amendment #27 – Mr. McLeod made a motion to recommend amendment #27. Seconded by Ms. Maloney. Passed 7-0.

        Mr. Morris made a motion to adjourn. Seconded by Mr. Mr. Wilder. Passed 7-0. Meeting adjourned at 11:25 pm.
