Ms. Linowes presented the revised CIP for 2002. Mr. McLeod made a motion to accept the final CIP plan presented 12/12/01 (dated 12/6/01) and send on to the Board of Selectmen. Seconded by Mr. Wilder. Passed 6-0-1. Mr. Hohenberger abstained.

Citizen Petition
Amendment #1 Mr. McLeod read the proposed amendment. Ms. Elizabeth Marston, 18 Wilson Road, presented the purpose of the amendment. The Chairman read a letter from Attorney Donovan and the Board discussed the amendment. Public comment began with Mr. Bob Leonard, 88 Meetinghouse Road; Mr. Kevin Waterhouse, 175 Haverhill Road; and Mr. Walter Colbert, 10 Aladdin Road. The Chairman read two petition amendments into the record. Public comment continued with Ms. Marston and Mr. Waterhouse. The Chairman read a letter from Al Turner responding to Attorney Donovans letter.
Planning Board Zoning Amendments
Amendment #1 Mr. McLeod read the amendment, and Mr. Turner presented the amendment on the display map. Mr. McLeod made a motion to recommend Amendment #1 to Warrant with Planning Board approval. Seconded by Mr. Wilder. Passed 6-0.
Amendment #2 Mr. McLeod read the amendment. Public comment by Mr. Norman Babineall, 188 Rockingham Road, asked about taxes. This amendment will be revised and reposted for the 2nd public hearing on zoning amendments on January 9, 2002.
Amendment #3 Mr. McLeod read the amendment, and Mr. Turner presented the amendment on the display map. No public input. Mr. Wilder made a motion to recommend #3 to Warrant with Planning Board approval. Seconded by Mr. Hohenberger. Passed 6-0.
Amendment #4 Mr. McLeod read the amendment, and Mr. Turner presented the amendment. Public comment by Mr. Jack Gattinella, Golden Brook Road, regarding the delineating the southern portion. This amendment will be revised and reposted for the 2nd public hearing on zoning amendments on January 9, 2002.

Public comment by Ms. Darlene Hosfield, 128 Rockingham Road, concerned about property values; Ms. Theresa Steele, 126 Rockingham Road; and Mr. Bruce Richardson, 33 Armstrong Road. The Board discussed the amendment. Mr. Wilder made a motion to recommend Amendment #5 to Warrant with Planning Board approval with the following changes: 1) remove 2499 and 2500; 2) put in a separate amendment for 2499 and 2500 to Neighborhood Business District; and 3) put in a more detailed delineation of the lot lines. Seconded by Mr. Kolodziej. Passed 6-0.
