        Mr. Carpenter opened the meeting at 7:35 pm.

        Nancy Prendergast was seated for Russ Wilder.

        PUBLIC DISCUSSION ON ROUTE 28 ZONING:

        Mr. Carpenter opened the meeting and provided an introduction for the meeting and an overview of the Route 28 zoning.

        Public comments:

        Tom Case: overlay district definition.

        Lee Maloney was seated for Walter Kolodziej.

        Warren Davineau, 188 Rockingham Road: pedestrian and bicycle traffic.

        Bruce Richardson: his business’s impact on 28; encourage commercial if done properly.

        Tom Moran, Gordan Pond Road: speed limits.

        Don Roach, Hunt Road: impact on assessed value.

        Sylvie Brikiatis, 12 Aladdin Road: further development potential off of Aladdin Road.

        (woman), Seavey Road: signalized intersections.

        Theresa Steele, 100 Rockingham Road: commercial to Rural change.

        Heather Colbert, 10 Aladdin Road: blasting effects on Aladdin Road; town water backup.

        Tom Case: effect of zoning upon NBD; general comments on Neighborhood Business (NBD).

        Dominic Diorio, 2 Aladdin Road: access on/off Route 28; speeds; substation; keep it Rural.

        Ron Cyr: Commercial vs. NBD; Libbey Road.

        Chris Gallagher, 151 Rockingham Road: presence of wetlands and relevance to service roads.

        Deborah Kenyon, Design Review; architectural impact; traffic management options.

        Mona Richard, 8 Hunt Road: Seavey Road, Villages of Windham; traffic.

        Mrs. Crisler joined the Board.

        Walter Colbert, 10 Aladdin Road: conversion of existing commercial properties; ATVs; submission of correspondence.

        Mr. McLeod made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Morris seconded. Passed 7-0.

        Adjourned 9:31 pm.
