Letter from Sam Nassar concerning the Board’s site walk on October 13, 2001.
Letter from Carolyn Webber to Planning Board concerning the use of land at the intersection of Route 111 and Route 111A as a golf course.
OLD BUSINESS:
Ms. Crisler gave an update to the Board about a memorial garden in memory of Nancy Surrett to be done by the Garden Club.
Board changed time of site walk on October 13, 2001 from 8:00 Am to 7:00 AM.
ROUTE 28 CORRIDOR STUDY:
Board discussed a natural buffer along Route 28, 50’ vs. 100’.
Board discussed potential rezonings along Route 28.
Board discussed potential zoning amendments for Annual Town Meeting.
Board requested that staff advertise a Route 28 Corridor Study Discussion for October 24, 2001 at 7:30 PM. All property owners on Route 28 and Harris Road are to be invited to the public discussion.
