SITE WALK MINUTES DECEMBER 2, 2000

LOCATION 1: 7 Newfound Road
APPLICANT ROLL CALL: Alan and Laura Calamari, Home Owners
SITE WALK COMMENCED AT 8:00 AM.
Site walk started at the west side of the house and moved to the backyard. The members observed following:
- Path along which materials would be trucked in for pool construction.
- Boundary of the WWPD (200' wide buffer) through the property.
- Location of the wetland and the distance of the wetland from the property line (stone wall).
- Condition and grade of the property along and within the WWPD.
- Boundary of the pool and patio area.
- Location of trees that will be affected by construction.
Site walk at location #1, 7 Newfound Road, ended at 8:30 AM.
LOCATION 2: 63 Blossom Road
APPLICANT ROLL CALL: Bob Cunningham, Home Owner
SITE WALK COMMENCED AT 8:40 AM.
Site walk started at the back of the house at the location of the proposed pool. The pool area was delineated with posts and string. The members observed following:
- Cleared area within the WWPD. The area was cleared in preparation for pool construction. (Stumps were retained).
- Boundary of the WWPD through the property..
- Location of the wetland and the distance of the wetland from the property line.
- Condition and grade of the property along and within the WWPD.
- Boundary of the pool and patio area.
There was question as to the exact location of the WWPD boundary. Mr. Wilder and Mr. Morris noted that the WWPD boundary appeared to cut through the wetland.
Site walk at location #2, 63 Blossom Road, ended at 9:15 AM.
