Meeting was called to order at 7:35 pm.

Margaret Case, Chairperson read a Proclamation: The Governor has proclaimed May 16th as Mary Griffin Day in the State of NH. The Board congratulated Mary.

Minutes: Motion by Leo Hart seconded by J Gross to accepted the minutes as written. Approved.

Financial report: Budget: $55,900. Ytd expended $15,418.00. Balance $40,572.00.

The studio continues to be busy with a variety of shows; Open House was well attended and enjoyed by all. Thanks to all that helped.

The Volunteer Award will be given to Wanda Koch this coming Monday 5-19-03 at the Board of Selectmen meeting.

Cable Channels signal quality has improved. Adelphia has installed fiber from the studio to the node outside and has spent a couple of days tweaking the signal for WCTV 20 and 21.

The Board considered results to be interesting. Keeping the residents informed of training. A Drop-In training session will be set up and advertised in the Independent.

We need to put some type of symbol along with articles in the paper to make the items stand out.
