Windham Cable Advisory Board
Minutes of April 7, 2003

Present:  Margaret Case, Leo Hart, Mary Griffin, Dave Unger, J. Gross, Alan Shoemaker.  Excused:  Chris Doyle, Steve Dirksen

Meeting was called to order at 8:05 p.m. Minutes of the 3-13-03 meeting were accepted as tweaked.

The coordinator's report was read and discussed.  Jim Daddona now has 14 continuing TV programs, including "Lawyers on Call,"  a live call-in show hosted by Anthony DiFruscia.  It was noted that the WCTV Open House is scheduled for Saturday, April 26th, between noon and 2 p.m.

It was reported that Adelphia remitted to the Windham Board of Selectmen the sum of $92,278.58, as their franchise fee for Calendar Year 2002.

There being no further business to be brought before the board, a motion to adjourn was made by Dave Unger and seconded by Alan Shoemaker.  Vote was unanimous; the meeting was adjourned at 8:22 p.m.
