Minutes
Mrs. Howell motioned to accept the amended February 28, 2002 minutes. Mr. Capron seconded the motion. Passed unanimously.

Zoning Board Application
Case #7-2002, Lot #13-A-33
Cyr Lumber, 39 Rockingham Road

A variance is requested from Section 702 of the Zoning Ordinance to permit one corner of the building to be 73.75 feet from the property line where 75 feet is required.

Mr. Seniow motioned that after reviewing Case #7-2002, the Commission did not have any comments. Mr. Capron seconded the motion. Passed unanimously.

Other Business
Mrs. Linowes said that she asked Mr. Turner, Director of Planning & Development to recommend someone to help with land acquisitions. Mr. Turner recommended Mr. Bruce Klink. Mrs. Linowes invited Mr. Klink to attend the next Conservation meeting. Mrs. Linowes reported on her conversation with Mr. Phil Auger, Educator of Conservation for Land & Water. Mr. Auger will meet with the Conservation Commission at 1:00 on March 22, 2002.

The Members discussed which parcels of land they would submit to the DOT for I-93 mitigation. Mr. Seniow motioned that from Castle Reach East to I-93 thru Mitchell Pond and Flat Rock Brook to the Northeast border of Windham be purchased for I-93 mitigation. Mr. Capron seconded the motion. Passed unanimously. Miss Skinner motion that Mr. Finn write a letter to be sent to the DOT regarding the above decision. Mrs. Howell seconded the motion. Passed unanimously.

Mrs. Howell said that Jeanette Donohue is ready to place the birdhouses at Griffin Park. The Conservation Commission Members will meet with Miss Donohue at Griffin Park on Sunday March 17, 2002 at 4:00 PM.

Miss Skinner motioned to adjourn at 9:25 PM. Mrs. Howell seconded the motion. Passed unanimously.

The next meeting of the Conservation Commission will be on March 28, 2002 at 7:30 PM in the meeting room at the Planning & Development Office.
