Bissell Camp Road - Dredge & Fill & Planning Board Plans
49 Elderly Housing Units
After reviewing the submitted plans the Conservation Commission had the following recommendations:
- Recommend retaining walls to minimize side slopes in fill areas.
- Proper erosion control and sedimentation control should be placed appropriately until area is stabilized.
- Septic appears to be too close to WWPD.
- Concerned about the grading of septic systems.
- More detail is requested for proposed grading.
- Relocation of septic system may be required to prevent negative impact to the WWPD.
- Concerned about the intense use of the site necessitating septic in too close proximity to WWPD and Wetlands.
- Community wells located solely within WWPD.
- Developer needs to provide details and location of pump house and other accessory apparatus
