12 Sheffield Street - Minimum Impact Dredge & Fill
Mr. Jarosky presented this plan to the Members. There is a 441 square foot wet area that the owner, Mr. Chang Chung, would like to fill in. There is a 10-foot hole in the back yard which is a safety hazard for the children. The Members scheduled a site walk for Monday October 29, 2001 at 4:15 PM. The Commission will provide comments after the October 29th site walk.

Heritage Acres Subdivision - Planning Board Plans
After reviewing the plans submitted the Members decided that they would like an Engineer to accompany them on a site walk. Plans submitted are too complex to comment on prior to a site walk. Comments will be provided after the Members have had the opportunity to view the site.

Covino Site Plan - Planning Board Plans
After reviewing the plans submitted the Conservation Commission requests soils and wetland information and finished grading and drainage. What is the intent of the new building?
