Minutes
Mr. Capron motioned to accept the September 27, 2001 minutes. Mrs. Linowes seconded the motion. Passed unanimously.
Mrs. Howell motioned to appoint Mr. Finn the representative of the Conservation Commission for the Ingersoll-Cluff Land Acquisition. Mr. Capron seconded the motion. Passed unanimously.

At 7:50 PM Mrs. Howell motioned to go into closed session to discuss land acquisition. Mr. Rouillard seconded the motion. Passed unanimously.

Other Business
Mrs. Howell advised the Members that Fish & Game was supposed to post restriction on the use of 4-wheel vehicles at Fosters Pond.

Mr. Rouillard motioned to adjourn at 9:20 PM. Mr. Capron seconded the motion. Passed unanimously.

The next meeting of the Conservation Commission will be on October 25, 2001 at 7:30 PM in the meeting room at the Planning & Development Office.
