Invitations to Bid

The Town of Windham is currently inviting bids from qualified individuals or companies, acting singularly or in consortium, for roadway crack sealing repairs on numerous town roads. Work is to be performed all at one time (all roads to be done within a 10 to 14 day period) and should be planned for late August or early September.

Specifications may be obtained at www.windhamnewhampshire.com or at the Administrative Offices, 4 North Lowell Road, Windham, NH. Bids are due by August 15, 2008 at 2:00 PM, and will be awarded by the Board of Selectmen at a regularly scheduled meeting.

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to award bids in whole or in part, waive technicalities or informalities, and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Windham.

The Town of Windham is currently inviting bids from qualified individuals or companies, acting singularly or in consortium, for construction of a new Class V Town road which will transverse over the general area of the former Londonbridge Road beginning at its intersection with the Windham High School entrance and ending at its intersection with the existing Class V Londonbridge Road.

Specifications may be obtained at the Administrative Offices, 4 North Lowell Road, Windham, NH. Bids are due by August 8, 2008 at 2:00 PM, and will be awarded by the Board of Selectmen at a future regularly scheduled meeting, contingent on obtaining Town Meeting approval of funding on September 9, 2008.

July 31, 2008 – Administrative Offices: The following bids for the Bartley House renovations were publicly opened at 2:00 PM on this date by Assistant Town Administrator, Dana Call.

Note: A bid was received on 7/31/08 at 2:55 pm from Fraser Company of Hudson, NH, however, this was past the 2:00 pm deadline, therefore, it is unopened and will be presented to the Board of Selectmen on 8/4/08 for consideration.
