21 Haverhill Road (Route NH111)

The Town of Windham, New Hampshire invites qualified individuals/developers to submit formal proposals for the lease and adaptive reuse/redevelopment of the parcel and building situated on its municipally-owned property known as the “Former Police Station/Pre-School Facility”; which is located at 21 Haverhill Road (Route NH111), Windham, NH 03087 (Tax Map 20, Lot D-900).

A tour of the building and site may be arranged before submission by contacting the Town Administrator’s office.

Proposals must be received by Dana Call, Assistant Town Administrator, at 3 North Lowell Road, Windham, NH 03087, no later than 3:00 pm on April 30, 2015, and will be publically opened at the Board of Selectmen meeting on May 4, 2015 at 7:00 pm. Finalists will be invited to review their proposals in a meeting with the Town Administrator and members of the Board of Selectmen.
